I want to inform you of the great job that your crew did cleaning the HVAC duct work at our facility. The work was completed in a very professional manner and in the proper way. I have found your company to be very customer service orientated. After the job was completed we found that we were still getting black soot like debris coming from our supply duct. Your crew took two extra days to track down the problem and ensure that it was corrected before they left the job site. The problem was in our mixing boxes of the dual duct system. They had two static pressure baffles in them and the debris from cleaning was trapped between these two baffles. Your crew had to cut a hole in the mixing box to access the space, clean the area, sanitize and then seal the area. We had 37 mixing boxes in our facility so it took an extended effort to go the second mile and complete the job to a satisfactory completion.
