President & Co-Founder

Jack Rutledge
Jack Rutledge, President
Rutledge Environmental Services, Inc.

Mr. Rutledge is the co-founder of Rutledge Environmental Services, and one of the first individuals to become a NADCA Certified "Air Systems Cleaning Specialist".  In addition to the NADCA certification, he holds the Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor certification from American Council for Accredited Certification.

Mr. Rutledge’s experience in the Indoor Air Quality Industry has offered him the opportunity to speak to various groups about the subject over the years, as well as publish numerous articles in both state and national publications.  As part of Rutledge Environmental Services’ commitment to being a top service provider to the healthcare industry, Mr. Rutledge is actively involved with the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers, where he has been the Conference Chairman the past 10 years.

In 2009, Mr. Rutledge created the Kentucky Healthcare Coalition Conference, which consists of various healthcare professional societies, including ones for Hospital Engineers (KSHE), Healthcare Material Managers (KSHPMM), Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS-KY) and Healthcare Public Relations individuals (KSHPRM).  He is the Executive Director of this new Coalition, the only such conference in the United States.

In 2007, KSHE honored Mr. Rutledge by awarding him the prestigious James Mason Leadership Award.  He was the first “non-hospital” person to be granted this honor.  Resulting out of this extensive healthcare involvement has been the development of relationships with experts in the healthcare industry throughout the country.  These relationships have helped elevate Rutledge Environmental Services as a leader in Indoor Air Quality Remediation in healthcare facilities.  Mr. Rutledge has also been Editor of the National School Plant Managers Association Newsletter and served on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky School Plant Managers Association.  Mr. Rutledge holds a BSC Degree in Finance from the University of Louisville.
